These terms govern your use of alpinepost.app and the Alpine Post apps, including OptionsDesk at options.alpinepost.app. By creating an account or using a service you agree to them.

The services

Alpine Post provides web apps for tracking and planning. OptionsDesk, for example, is a journal and analytics tool that displays information you import, enter or connect from your brokerage. It does not execute trades or move money.

Not financial, tax, medical or legal advice

Our apps are provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only. Nothing in them, including statistics, calculators, volatility data or AI-generated suggestions, is investment, tax, medical or legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading options involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Accuracy of data

Figures come from your uploads, your brokerage and third-party data sources, and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always verify against your official brokerage statements and tax documents.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may only connect brokerage accounts that you own or are authorized to access.

Brokerage connections

Connecting a brokerage is optional and subject to that brokerage's and SnapTrade's own terms. You can revoke access at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how connected data is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services: no attempts to gain unauthorized access, disrupt them, scrape them at scale, reverse engineer them, or use them to break the law or others' rights.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Post is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for trading losses or decisions made using the apps.

Termination

You may stop using the services and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
